The government is saying: “Because of drugs, we can do whatever we want to, don’t need to follow due process.”
With alcohol prohibition they needed to amend the constitution twice (first to prohibit and then to allow it again).
But where is the amendment for criminalizing drugs?
We now have a situation where everything is prohibited by the government unless it’s explicitly allowed, which is dangerous.
