That being said, don’t give into that so fast! Wrap your mind around the fact that it might take you thousands of times practicing something before you get it.
Practice never made perfect for me but it made me a harder motherfucker so I could face my fears a little longer and complete the task in front of me!
For some people having their hands and feet tied up and being thrown in the water is a comfort zone for them. For me, it was absolute horror. Still to this day it bothers me which is why I try and do it as often as possible.
