David Gingras who is known for his role in Owens V Echard (Bachelor Paternity Scam) is fighting for his license with the state bar in Arizona. He has closed his practice there, but his license is still in place in Arizona and California. Recently his attorney & him filed a motion to dismiss the action and now we have results of that motion.
