I do not support antisemitism in any form.
I do not support genocide or the killing of innocent people under any circumstances.
I believe most reasonable people would agree with these principles.
I understand and respect the right of people to defend themselves.
I wouldn’t tell my own son
to cower to a bully—
you can’t allow
intimidation or violence to prevail.
At the same time, I do not support terrorist groups,
especially those that threaten
Jews,
women,
and LGBTQ communities.
I also reject any organization that indoctrinates
children with hatred or teaches
them to view violence—
such as killing Jews—
as something heroic.
I recognize that not all Palestinians are affiliated with groups like Hamas, and not all Palestinians support extremism.
Likewise, it’s important to understand that most Jewish people
do not support genocide and,
if given the opportunity,
would choose peace over violence.

![[Mindset] Kaizen: The Japanese Secret to Continuous Improvement
In this video, the narrator introduces the powerful Japanese concept of Kaizen and explores how it applies to learning, and personal wellness.
Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that means “continuous improvement through small, consistent steps.” Instead of trying to transform your life overnight, Kaizen teaches us that meaningful progress happens through daily refinement, patience, and intentional practice.
For musicians, this idea is incredibly powerful. No guitarist, drummer, singer, or songwriter becomes great through giant leaps alone. Instead, mastery is built through small improvements in timing, tone, technique, listening, and creativity—day after day, week after week.
At Boompop Music & Wellness, Rod believes Kaizen mirrors the way real musical growth happens. A better chord change today. A smoother rhythm tomorrow. A little more confidence at the next rehearsal. These small wins accumulate into something extraordinary over time.
But Kaizen doesn’t only apply to music.
It applies to wellness, mindset, movement, and community as well. Whether it’s learning a new rhythm, improving your balance in Groove-Chi, becoming more confident performing, or simply showing up for yourself each week, the Kaizen philosophy reminds us that progress is a journey, not a race.
Music is one of the most powerful tools for practicing Kaizen because every rehearsal, every jam session, every song gives us the opportunity to improve just a little bit more.
And over time…
those little improvements change everything.
Welcome to the world of Music, Wellness, and Kaizen.

![[Teen Band] Patina - Hole (Original)
The Rock Band Program is a real-world, learn-by-doing music experience for teens and adults who want more than private lessons or bedroom practice. This program is about becoming a musician in a band—learning how to listen, lock in, collaborate, rehearse with purpose, and perform with confidence.
Students are placed into carefully matched bands and guided by an experienced musical coach who helps them grow as players, bandmates, and creative thinkers. Each band works on real songs, real arrangements, and real musical skills—just like working musicians do.
What You’ll Learn:
🎸 Playing in time and locking in with drums and bass
🎶 Song structure, arrangement, and dynamics
🎤 Rehearsal skills that make bands sound tight and confident
🧠 Listening, communication, and musical awareness
🎚️ Stage presence, tone, and sound balance
🎙️ Performance prep for live shows and studio sessions
What Makes This Different:
This is not a recital-based program
This is not note-reading first
This is music as a team sport
You learn by doing, not just being told
Who It’s For:
Intermediate players ready to level up
Teens and adults who want real band experience
Musicians who want confidence, groove, and musical fluency
Players who want to move from practice to performance
