When you first switch to a low-carb, high-fat diet, you typically drop weight fast. That’s what happened Bulletproof Founder and CEO, Dave Asprey. He lost 50 pounds in three months when he first went keto (we called it Atkins back then). He was eating pork rinds. He was eating lots of cheese. And he was eating and drinking anything that wasn’t a carb, including diet soda.
