Human footprints found at White Sand National Park could be the oldest evidence of people in North America. Young-age creationists don't agree with either of the two proposed dates and try to play the contradicting dates for these footprints off as evidence that dating methods can't be trusted and that these footprints are really much younger (4000 years). Let's look at how they do this and a more recent paper that has brought some resolution to the dating dilemma.
