Part 5 wraps up with a little bit of Adventureland with a tour of a small boat to the jungle. This was before it became the Jungle Cruise. After that, Art Linkletter and Walt Disney gave their final thoughts and headed to Fantasyland as they both walked into the Sleeping Beauty Castle.
That concludes the opening day of Disneyland as aired on ABC 56 years ago today back on July 17th, 1955 as hosted by Art Linkletter, Bob Cummings and Ronald Regan with special guest Walt Disney. This was taped right off of the Disney Channel back in the late 90's as part of "Vault Disney" and it was included as part of the "Walt Disney Treasures" series of DVD's entitled "Disneyland USA".
