I wasn't able to finish building Devil in the original game so never got to use her against boss 39. I do think Devil's skill set is better in this version (gameplay i.e. the actual skills themselves, not considering passives etc) although I can't really be bothered using her charge attack mechanic. In the Chinese version of the game, the devs have already reworked her and made her charge attack skill happen automatically. So that should be an improvement if we ever get the change in the Global version.
