MONTICELLO, Ark. (KATV) — New dashcam footage obtained by KATV shows the moment a former Arkansas State Police (ASP) Corporal crashed his squad car after police said he was driving while intoxicated.

ASP say that Corporal John Parker, 45, was arrested on August 21 after he crashed his squad car off the side of U.S. Highway 278 near Monticello.
