Krishna (The Original Supreme Personality of Godhead) appears among human beings who are super-civilized, who possess a wealth of practical knowledge, and who possess the intelligence to advance to the culmination
of Theism and devotion to God.
Krishna is the Original Supreme Lord and the Fountainhead of all other Avataras: All other Avataras
are his personal expansions. For our benefit, he appears in this material world through the agency of his expansion of Lord Vishnu, in the same way that a carpenter who builds a doorway can also walk through that doorway.
He appears as the younger brother of Lord Balarama, who is also his first expansion.
