This is one year of me riding my bike to work. As part of my job I drive a van round the streets of Crawley town all day. So I know how annoying cyclists can be. Which is why I always try and be as considerate to the motorist as possible. Unfortunately cyclists do get some stick! I’ve been knocked off my bike by motorists twice. And I’ve been pushed off my bike by an angry pedestrian. Basically we can’t win! Most of the people in this video probably didn’t even see me. Keep your eye out for cyclists 🚴🏼♂️ whatever you may think of us we get a hard time. We’re just people trying to get from A to B just like you. I’ve heard it all! My favourite is “ you don’t pay road tax get off the road”! I have my own car and the tax is ridiculous! The amount of money I pay on road tax probably pays for half of the motorists on the road in there “Low emission” cars! 🤣 anyway rant over 🤣 Here is just SOME of the footage that I collected on my GoPro.
