Thomas di Viesti is back with another episode of AM4 Metal. Short demos where Thomas digs into his favourite heavy tones on the Fractal Audio AM4, focused on the amps and sounds that fit modern, contemporary metal.

This week it's Das Metall, Fractal's take on the Diezel VH4. It's one of Thomas' go-to amps for recording. To his ears it lands like a tighter, more aggressive 5150, loads of gain but it stays focused instead of turning to mush, and every note still reads when it's pushed hard. These are all tones Thomas built himself on the AM4.
