Another improptu recording of something I never really practiced. I utilized techniques from The Lion, Thomas Fats, and the son of Shelton Brooks himself.
A struggle on that boogie woogie part. I was never good at playing a melody while wobbling the bass or playing straight out boogie chords.
I used the Sheet music cover that had the more respectable images of dancers rather than the typical absurd caricatures that portayed the American Negro in the media at the time.
