I'm late making this, chalk it up to laziness.
Here's the rundown:
First of all, it has to be a full game, start to finish from lobby to end. if you get a game in progress on the map you selected, pick someone in that game, block them for now, leave, and attempt to join a new fresh game for that map. When you're done, don't forget to unblock the innocent bystanders!
Second of all, if you mess up or think you messed up, keep going like it didn't happen, it will accumulate good experience for the next attempt. Competent teammates are a plus but never take failure out on people just trying to play the game their way, it's not constructive.
low intensity silo cluster is probably the easiest map to go for on overwatch.
imo agri braced is most versatile for this
use camo and stay in coherency between teammates and try to avoid moving as much as possible.
stay out of common travel paths
make note of door positions and don't put your back to one
constantly look around and check behind you
look at the ragdolls to make sure they are ragdolls
if you see a rager kill it immediately
if you hear a mutant, kill it the moment it appears and avoid getting grabbed at all costs, do not get caught in its travel shockwave when it changes floors or runs by
if you hear a dog, kill it the moment it appears and avoid getting pounced or hit by its pounce shockwave
iirc it only counts if it chips your health, toughness hits are ok. (when I did it, it was)
disablers come with a locked target when they are first spawned, do not trust camo to save you, try to kill them without moving.
if a random pox walker is about to hit you and you have the braced autogun out, use the special attack to bash it, if you are hit you will move and it can start a chain reaction of bad events.
