In this video I make a Darksaber cosplay prop from the Disney+ series The Mandalorian using a pvc drain pipe, acrylic plexiglass, and some adhesive vinyl. Materials: 1/4" acrylic sheet, pvc drain, flashlights, matte black vinyl, small screws, 1/8" acrylic sheet, baking soda
Adhesives: super glue, 2 part epoxy
Paints: matte black dupli color vinyl dye
Tools: dremel 4000 rotary tool, sand paper, heat gun, face shield, screw driver
