“Darkhotel” is a known advanced threat actor uncovered by Kaspersky Lab experts in 2014. It`s famous for targeted attacks against corporate executives through compromised Wi-Fi networks in luxury hotels. In summer 2015, DarkHotel returned using a zero-day vulnerability exposed by a breach at the HackingTeam Company.
