An add on to a MAP I already joined! I had fun with this one ALOT.

But basically he controls the weather, and is childhood friends to Cygnus (the two tailed cat) and is totally loyal to her. Using his powers, he accumulated a cult for Cygnus because she is a demigod and needs a worship group to praise her and sacrifice to her. Cygnus, ever the pacifist she is, confronts Vulpescula about this and upon discovering her pained expression, agrees to stop the cult he created and flees the mountain where the cult was located with Cygnus and return to their friend, Delphinus.
