His first game will be his ShadowSun adaptation of the Freedom Module. 4 to 6, 3rd level ShadowSun PCs will fight for their freedom and for that of the City-State of Tyr. DarkCon is the world’s only in person Dark Sun convention. It will be a weekend of Dark Sun games and events. There will be Dark Sun Games of many editions and systems. AD&D 1e, AD&D 2e, D&D 3.5e, D&D 5, Old School Essentials, and ShadowSun a Shadow Dark conversion of Dark Sun.
Our Special Guest is Greg Christopher. He will be giving away 100 copies of his 130-page ShadowSun quick Start rules. The first 100 people with a 2-day pass will receive these.
There will also be a world record braking game of Dark Sun run by Jason O’Mahony. 100+ players will compete as gladiators until only one lives.
Lastly, we will test your Dark Sun knowledge with a game of Dark Sun Jeopardy. The winner will be declared the Sage Supreme of Dark Sun for 2026.
