I just finished reading Wizard and Glass, book 4 in the Dark Tower series, and the story Destroyed me. I knew what was coming and I was still devastated. So, this series is quickly becoming an all-time favorite for me. Check out my quick reasons for that and let me know if you've read or are planning on reading Stephen King's The Dark Tower.
