Hey all this is a re-upload of a previous video, the audio was a bit busted on the original upload, it was poorly mixed & mastered and it got really harsh and overwhelming at a couple points, which was reflected in the video analytics (lol), however this is probably one of my favourite videos and explores a couple things I'm planning on expanding upon in my next few videos, so I took a little time to re-do it and make it more in line with the rest of my videos!

Following on from the last video about how unconscious biases influence the way we perceive people, this video delves into the way these biases (amongst other things) can give birth to systemic issues, creating systems of oppression that are upheld by common attitudes and beliefs as opposed to anything written into law
