Second part of the descent to the Chasm of the Abyss. The eerie dilapidated township carries screams on its wind, while the Bloatheads explode in surges of emotion. Further down, the voices of the Abyss and the hums of souls fill the pure dark of the cavernous system dug below Oolacile. Spooky innit.

Oh right. The screaming heard throughout the video originates from one of the Harry Potter movies. Miyazaki is quite the Harry Potter fan, with the design of Duke's Archives imitating the moving staircases, or Sieglinde of Catarina's face being made to look like Emma Watson.
