The Burnt Ivory King is a boss from the third Dark Souls II DLC expansion - Crown of the Ivory King. The final boss of the DLC expansion in fact, while it is a very fun fight the boss can also prove challenging.... except when he decides he really didn't feel like coming in to work today.
This was my second time fighting him after using a Bonfire Ascetic. The first fight was normal, I have no idea what happened here!
