In this video, we hurry through the beginning of the game and into the Catacombs to obtain the Great Scythe. This is one of the best dexterity weapons in the game. It is powerful, light, and has superior standing and running strong 2H attacks. These moves close ground between you and your enemy very quickly, with short attack and recovery times. The 1H strong attack sweeps a large arc around you and can help with crowd control. The Great Scythe is quite long with excellent range,allowing you to hit enemies from a safe distance. The weapon has very low requirements (STR 14 and DEX 14) but massive damage potential, since it scales very highly with Dexterity. It does a whopping 478 physical damage at 14 STR & 40 DEX.
