This is a higher resolution video of a previous one where I show you how to start the game and score lots of weapons, shields, rings and souls. I mostly use this method to buy the Crest of Artorias right away. The Crest of Artorias unlocks an area that can be farmed multiple times, and has important items like the Stone Set, the Enchanted Ember and the Hornet Ring. I also think this is helpful for beginners who are just getting into Dark Souls but might be getting frustrated at the difficulty, at least until they improve their skills. I hope this video helps you enjoy the game and adds replay value.
