I wasn't able to do this before because I didn't know about the damage and can't find a way to hit him with a slow melee weapon. Turns out I can.
It was done in 30 secs after the first hit. It could be better of course but who has the time, this was difficult enough already. Died many times before I could do this.
This can be done at SL180. Cannot be done with this setup at lower levels because the damage is barely enough for two hits in the 1st phase.
If you're willing to use sunlight straight sword buff: Oath of sunlight you can do this at SL160. But you need to buff in the second phase again.
