Pestilent Mercury Note: This spell's damage is all about enemy's max health (your staff, weapons, armor, rings do not affect its damage) so it's very effective on bosses. It does not scale with your stats either (requires 30 intelligence to cast). You can increase your casting speed with Witchtree Branch and Sage's Ring.
