Vampire Run rules:
"Otz is now a vampire! He can't cast spells and Estus Flasks can only be used right before and after a boss fight! To survive in between them, Otz has to feed on the poor mobs to stay alive while his HP is being drained. Be summoned as a white and prevent Otz from turning everyone into a ghoulish creature!"
