After the second Dark tome buy all her miracles. 10:15

Reload the Firelink Shrine a couple of times and keep talking to Irina.
If the "Eclipse" is triggered Irina will ask you to touch her. 14:45
Search for Eygon @15:40
If the "Eclipse" is not yet triggered Irina will disappear, she can be found just after Iudex Gundyr's bonfire with a "Big" surprise. 15:55
Buy Morne's gloves from the Shrine Handmaid, equip them and touch Irina. 18:25
Fulfil Eygon's promise, or not. 19:00
Alternate ending:

Unlock the door of the tower behind Firelink Shrine.
Don't give her the Dark tomes but only the Holy ones.
You can give the Dark Tomes to Karla the Witch.
Buy all her miracles.
After the "Ecplise" you can find Irina in the tower with all the dead Fire Keepers. 21:30
Enjoy your second Fire keeperfu.

Official questline steps:
Irina starts in the Undead Settlement, toward the very end of the region. She’s locked behind a door that can only be opened if you take the sewers all the way under the area. To open this, you need the Grave Key.
Explore the cemetery, by the white birch. This is where the gigantic arrows strike. You find Ashes there that should be taken back to Firelink Shrine. Give them to the Shrine Handmaid, buy the Grave Key from her, and return to the sewers.
On the far side, you meet Irina (and then Eygon as well). When you meet Irina, show her some warmth and then agree to take her into your service. She’ll travel to Firelink Shrine and act as your teacher for Miracles. To expand her inventory, bring Braille Tomes back to her.
Learning Dark Miracles from Irina has consequences. If you give her the Deep or Londor Tomes and then purchase any Dark Miracles from her, she falls to darkness, and Eygon will kidnap her to try to save her from your corruption.
If you buy all of the Dark Miracles, she falls completely to darkness and no longer acts as a vendor. Interact with her for some sad dialogue. Or interact with her while wearing Eygon’s gauntlets for some truly sad dialogue.
However, there is a brighter path. If you purchase all of the holy Miracles instead, she becomes a Fire Keeper, and moves to the basement of the tower just outside the Firelink Shrine!
If you had previously given her the dark Tomes (but did not buy any Dark Miracles), she will leave both of them on the ground beside her, and you can retrieve them to teach Karla instead.
Eygon:
Eygon is a warrior who is charged with guarding Irina. He’s a terse individual, and isn’t very friendly. However, he’ll do his job. If you release Irina from her cell (in the Undead Settlement), Eygon will agree to let her travel to the Firelink Shrine. Should you harm Irina, he’ll turn aggressive on you.
If you purchase any Dark Miracles from Irina, she will fall to darkness, and Eygon will kidnap her. You can encounter him just outside the Iudex Gundyr bonfire when this occurs. If you do not anger Eygon, his last appearance is as a White Phantom for the Dragonslayer Armour battle, after which his corpse appears in Irina’s original cell in the Undead Settlement.

New way to complete Anris quest, this method will not trigger The Usurpation of Fire ending.

0:00 - Intro
/
1. Talk to her/him and Horace at the first spot at the beginning at the forest. 0:27
2. Summon both her/him and Horace for the Deacons of the Deep bossfight, beat it in one try because easy peasy. (their signs were both at the top of the stairs before the fog) // optional
3. Talk to her/him at Firelink Shrine. 2:01
4. Talk to her/him at the first spot in the Catacombs, before the rolling ball on the bridge. 3:25
5. Use the broken bridge and go kill Horace at the bottom. 5:05
6. Find Anri before the boss battle on a path right next and slightly above the bridge, tell her you found Horace. 7:10
7. In the Irithyll Church bonfire room(before Pontiff bossfight), talk to Anri. 8:10
8. In the right-front corner (facing outside) theres 5-6 human statues. Attack them, one of them is a pilgrim using chameleon. Kill that fucker, hes the one that abducts Anri. (This will make Yulia get pissed and leave, if you have her in your shrine. When she says youre not fit for the throne or whatever, feel free to kill her because shell be gone next time you spawn. 8:55
9. Go up to Anor Londo and open the big front door using the inside lever. Right at the front door there should be a summon sign next to a prisim stone. Use that sign, enter Anris world, and help her defeat Aldritch. (!!) This took me a few tries, dont be afraid of dying. I died a lot, but Anri tanked it all and never died once. I suggest black crystaling out if shes gonna die, just to be safe. 10:56
10. Talk to the little guy at his throne, the guy who makes boss weapons. Hell say she stopped by, and will give you her sword. Seems to scale with luck by the way, fuckin A. 13:14
11. Go all the way back to where you killed Horace, there will be a little grave with his equipment, and Anri will be standing beside it. 16:06
Do Not bully The Fire Keeper!
Official questline steps:
Anri is a very important NPC that you meet as you start working your way through the Road of Sacrifices. This NPC is going to be a man if you’re playing a female character, or a woman if you’re playing a male.
-Before you defeat Pontiff Sulyvahn, there is a chance to save Anri, at least for the moment. When you meet Anri in the Church of Yorshka, hidden in the room are a group of statues. One of those statues is the Pilgrim of Londor, spying on the intended bride (or groom). Attack and kill the Pilgrim here and now to stop the ceremony! If you fail to kill the Pilgrim here, even if you have not encountered (or have angered) Yuria, Anri will still end up dead in the ceremony chamber, someone in some other world has wed Anri.
-Killing the Pilgrim allows you to use Anri as a White Phantom against Sulyvahn as usual, but later, when you go to face Aldrich in Anor Londo, Anri places a summoning sign outside the door. Use the sign and you can join Anri to fight his/her version of Aldrich.
-If you do so and successfully aid him/her in defeating Aldrich, Anri leaves the blade with Ludleth for you, and departs.
-Where Anri departs to depends on if you told Anri of Horace’s death. If you did, Anri travels to the grave site in the Smouldering Lake. If not, Anri travels to the graves in the Cathedral of the Deep near the entrance.
-Unfortunately, either way, Anri finishes this long journey maddened, and attacks you on sight. Anri’s death anywhere along this chain results in the Shrine Handmaid selling the Elite Knight armor set, while Horace leaves the Executioner’s Armor.
