▶ Back to my next arrange as part of my personal "FromSoftware Acoustic Arranges" project! This is a curious one, the choice in track really comes more down to a lore reason. Since Velstadt and Raime are rivals I thought it'd be really cool to have their themes together! I also thought they're pieces of music that are often overlooked so it was fun to tackle lesser expected tracks. I've always loved the vibes they both give.
As for the arrangement itself it I think this came out way better than I anticipated! I did give myself some liberties in adding more elements than usual. I think I did well in keeping these tracks driving forward and having something to look out for in each section. I like the gritty contrabass too. Oh and the low thumping percussion sound is a combination of hitting my desk and also my body a bit hah.

I really shouldnt take so long uploading new stuff sorry but I hope you like this one. I didnt want to make it too hard/heavy as that would make it lose the feeling of the original. I especially had fun doing the drum rolls, playing around with velocities.

Thanks for 1K subscribers everybody, I really didnt ever expect this when I started out, especially considering I dedicate myself most of the time to indie games.
Im gonna be honest I had sort of put this theme out of future plans because Id resigned to the idea it was too difficult to arrange and I wouldnt be able to do it justice... BUT! One day after giving another shot after countless previous failed attempts I somehow got a hold of this classic piano theme and made it mine. Im lucky there arent other more complicated classical styled music in the game.
