Raime isn't too hard when he actually lets you regenerate stamina.. Sometimes he just does not stop attacking though.
You can strafe around some of his attacks and get a lot of hits, but he has a lot of combos that look similar and his tracking is pretty wild and inconsistent on his attacks. Some of his Ultra Greatsword attacks are like a full circle around his body.
