In the context of March 1973 when the Dark Side of Moon was released, there were various reasons why it was such an innovative, such a fresh piece of work - Madness, isolation, alienation, sadness are in fact brought to you as a listener with music which is often very warm rather _______________.
There pressures that are capable of pushing you in one direction or another whether they push you towards insanity, death, empathy, ______________, whatever is what this record is about.
What Pink Floyd began to do in their previous two albums and really succeeded in doing in
the Dark Side of the Moon was to find a way of linking not just a whole side of an album but the whole thing from start to finish.
“Breathe, breathe in the air. Don't be afraid to care”.
I think it was a very, very happy and creative and enjoyable time when we made this album. It was probably the most focused moment in our career in terms of all of us working together as a band.
I can clearly remember that moment of sitting and listening to the whole mix all the way through. I'm thinking, “My God! We've really done something fantastic here”.
There's nothing plastic about it, you know. There's nothing _________________ about it and I think that's what has given it it's or maybe one of the things that's given it his longevity.

I love these two silhouettes of the audience making the pyramid shape. Pink Floyd had a very reverent audience. You know just like going to perhaps a classical concert almost. They sat quietly and they were deeply respectful. That's how I remember the audience these two girls are ____________ very young one's got her eyes closed and she's often some other planet and the other one is equally, that __________ ______ the effect of music so beautifully those that particular spread is a favorite of mine. It was a really good time for the band.
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day, Fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your hometown, Waiting for someone or something to show you the way
Tired of lying in the sunshine, staying home to watch the rain. You are young and life is long, and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
