I thought this is a good time to upload this song, as it is one of the darkest songs from my dark trilogy. The song is a central part to the Mirror of the Night story and explores a theme that is difficult for humans to grasp, which is the suffering of an immortal entity that cannot die. It envies mortals, whose lives seem to it like a fleeting dream, and it despairs at the knowledge that for it this dream will be never-ending.
