I wanted to make a Vampire theme with only one instrument (the Harpsichord), and to give it a very classic feeling. Vampires and their portrayal have been re-invented so many times through popular culture nowadays that we tend to forget works like Bram Stoker’s Dracula. I wanted to bring back that feeling a tiny bit with this song, kind of like sitting in a room with someone who makes the hairs on your neck stand up but you can’t explain why.
All music composed and arranged on keyboard, by myself as always.
