"Deep down beneath the surface, in a land called Underdark, many dangerous places can be found. Among endless foes which adventurers can encounter while exploring Underdark are Dark Elves, a dark-skinned sub-race of elves, hated and feared due to their cruelty. Their ambition overrides good sense and their compassion is thrown away, all in the name of Lloth, the Spider Queen. They rule over great areas of the Underdark and have spies everywhere. Woe to the adventurers who underestimate them!"
