Only those that seek the light can make their way through the darkness in the Temple and as one of the Templars both your faith and steel will be tested as you tackle Hiberian Workshop's - Dark Devotion.
Currently in development by small indie studio Hiberian Workshop, Dark Devotion is a 2D side-scrolling roguelite that finds you fighting your way deeper and deeper into a dark fantasy world with only your trusty blade to protect you from the nightmarish creatures that await.
With a focus on combat, the gear you acquire on your journey and taking down enemies and large monstrous bosses with well timed strikes this game will inevitably one or two of those "Is this a Souls-like game" comparisons. And it's setting and tone do feel like something from the From Software universe. But with its pixel art style, random loot and zero back-tracking it feels much more like an old arcade title than modern RPG.
