This is the long lost Dark Cloud 2 / Dark Chronicle Georama flash game. Finally, you can build your own Palm Brinks in flash with custom sprite buildings! So far, only the main menu and this part of the Georama flash game is functional. It seems the rest is still lost.
The point of the game was that you built your own Dark Cloud 2 info website via the buildings. You place buildings down and then select a link for each one. Then when you transform to the "site" mode from the menu, they would act as links to pages that would open and display information about the game to you.
Sadly it seems all of the pages are dead, and the soundtracks are missing as well. So the invention portion of the game is also nonfunctional. You can place down a bunch of the palm brinks themed houses and trees, then other landmarks like Cedric's shop, the fountain (which has animation!), Parn's House, the coffee shop, and the stone arches.
The only archived version is from 2003, it was likely available before Dark Cloud 2's release on PS2 in North America in February 2003 since it was promotional. Thanks to RestaurantNo5981 from Reddit who found this incredibly hidden game!
The main menu does not actually link to the game, I just have both .swf files and spliced the video there to show how it actually worked. You can either play in full screen with a full view or at the games 100% resolution with a closer look, I showcased both play modes.
