The ancient church ruins echoed with the soaring voices of the magnificent choir, their katechisis prayer rising towards the heavens. In the midst of it all stood the Grand Hierophant, his solemn presence commanding reverence and respect. As the choir sang on, their ancient words carried a weight that transcended time itself, enshrining the sacredness of this holy place. For all who heard it, this prayer was a reminder of their own place in the grand scheme of things, and of the need for humility and faith in the face of the mysteries of the divine.

Grimdark Compendium II is a second installment in a two-part grimdark ambient album that takes us on a voyage far into the spiritual depths of cosmos. The voyage continues to the vast and glorious Arx Arcturus; two-hundred and forty years ago, church-ships were sent from there towards Byzantion Sigma, carrying the Grail of The Sixteen. The ships still havent arrived to the port but the litanies for the monks that carried it are still being sung in the towering halls of Sanctum monasteries.
