Dark ancient egyptian music made to fit any mysterious and creepy atmosphere that is set in ancient history. Made with ancient cultures with a lot of mythology in mind. I think ancient egyptian mythology is especially inspiring as this world is so complex and instantly transports to a magical world.
One of the first song in a while with only guitar, sfx and synth recordings, no string instruments where used. I think this helps in setting the atmospheric and ambient music mood I wanted to create. The melody in the outro was created by an orchestra of e-bow bass guitar and guitar melodies.
This gives a very out-of-control yet atmospheric sound. The glassy hits heard from 30 seconds in are made by hitting a glass plate with cajon sticks and pitching them to match the track.
