I used 5mm, 3mm, and 2mm EVA craft foam, modge podge, Valspar paint and primer red, 3m brand spray adhesive, hot glue, contact cement, black craft fabric, DAP alex acrylic silicone plus latex, various grits of sandpaper and imagination to make the upper shell of this cowl.
