What happened with Daraku Tenshi Anyway?

The Fallen Angels better known as Daraku Tenshi might just be my favorite 2D Fighter ever, I've done tons of videos about it, covered its quirks, and I was the one who wrote the boss codes for Pugsy's cheats for the game, but even still I never gave it a full review..until now.
