Dappy (Costadinos Contostavlos) is a rapper, singer and songwriter from Camden Town, London, best known as the lead vocalist of N-Dubz alongside his cousin Tulisa and their friend Fazer. After N-Dubz went on hiatus in 2011, Dappy launched a solo career that opened with No Regrets debuting at number one in the UK — making him one of the few artists to top the chart with a debut solo single. Beautiful Me, released on 29 March 2015 through All Around The World, was the lead single from his planned second solo album Miracles. Written by Dappy and produced by Mac & Phil and Nathan Retro, the track is a candid self-portrait — the video premiered on 28 January 2015. The single peaked at number 19 in the UK Singles Chart.
