Former Kyle Busch Motorsports driver and winner Daniel Suarez capped off Coca-Cola 600 an emotional and difficult weekend at Charlotte with his first win with Spire Motorsports. A weekend full of tears, tributes and memories of NASCAR champion Kyle Busch, who passed away on Thursday. Drivers wore Kyle Busch hats and shirts, shared their favorite Kyle Busch stories, had Kyle Busch or Kyle Busch Motorsports logos on their cars and we even saw the weekend’s winners do the signature Kyle Busch bow. Prior to the race, Kyle’s entire family, wife Samantha, their two children, Brexton and Lennox, Kyle’s parents and brother Kurt, showed up to represent and honor Kyle as NASCAR CEO Steve O’Donnell shared some touching words to remember the legendary driver.

The race was rain shortened and won by Suarez, who drives for Spire Motorsports, the team who Kyle Busch won his final nascar race with last weekend at Dover in the truck series.
