Hi everyone, good morning! My name is Daniel and I am an English teacher from Brazil. I’ve been teaching ESL for more than 30 years and I am very passionate about this language. In the 90s, I lived in Canada where I obtained my Proficiency Certificate. I have also worked as a translator for multinational companies and have traveled extensively to the Middle East and Asia. Today, I am settled in Brazil and continue to teach English. My classes are focused on corporate activities such as logistics, procurement, marketing, supply chain, and finances. I also teach English through popular music, ( I get the song and then we go through verb tenses, expressions, phrasal verbs, linking words ) Greek mythology (Odysseus, Icarus, Medusa, Cyclops, Perseus, Minotaur among others) history, economics, and discussion of general headlines from major newscasts .
