For any category.
Throw the Boomerang at the start to stun him. Don't throw it immediately. After you land and do the first Roll, go left and pull out sword. Do another Roll and target him, then press B. Put on Iron Boots and throw him off.
For the second and third hits, I wait for an audio cue to do the roll stab.
For the second hit, I wait until the first beat stops playing.
For the third hit, I wait until the second beat happens and wait a tiny bit after it happens.
Make sure you target him for each stab.
