Tackling huge waves at the worlds No1 Beach Myrtos on the Greek island of Kefalonia in the Ionian sea. The waves during the winter are generally too dangerous to swim in but even in the summer months care has to be taken when swimming.
It can be such a contrast from calm, crystal blue clear sea water to powerful, roaring waves.
Never turn your back on a wave, they can be calm and gentle but without warning can become powerful and relentless.
