DANDY WELLINGTON AND HIS BAND
Inspired by the Big Band Era of Jazz, Dandy Wellington and his Band have taken the sounds of the 1930's and 40's and created a world of well dressed music. With a passion for obscure songs steeped in the Jazz tradition, Dandy Wellington has assembled a catalog of music that invokes an atmosphere of class. From the golden age of cinema, to the bounce of New Orleans, each song is hand selected and played to perfection by a band cut from the cloth of elegance.
BETTINA MAY
Bettina May has been a pin-up model and burlesque performer since 2003, starting her career as a model for SuicideGirls.com and brought her classic Hollywood glamour onstage shortly thereafter. Since then, she has been the subject of the 2003 HBO RealSex TV show on Modern Pin-up, appeared in the music videos like Probot's "Shake Your Blood" featuring Dave Grohl and Lemmy Kilmister and did a burlesque performance on Bravo's Real Housewives of NYC. She was just awarded possibly the first ever green card in America based on her outstanding achievement in burlesque and vintage styling, her official title according to US Immigration being "Alien of Extraordinary Ability"! She has also been featured regularly in the The New York Times Style Section, New York Post, Shimmy Magazine, Dynamite Magazine in Germany, and Portuguese Vogue!
