Protagonist: Kayla Miller
Age: 96
Status: In A Constant Loop Of Horror And Agony
Stage 5 Description:
[PHASE 1] Here we experience the final embers of awareness beginning to be burned out. The patient here gets thrown into a pit of complete confusion and agony.
[PHASE 2] Over in this phase we see the patient finally reaches Complete Confusions. The patient gets completely unaware of their surroundings as they lose the concept of time. We also see the first ever sign of PTSD. When the patient was younger she experienced the bombing of Pearl Harbor, which really traumatized her. However the PTSD state dosen’t last long as it gets burned out like all the other bad memories. By the last few songs we see the patient regaining awareness before plunging back into confusions.
[PHASE 3] Here we experience the first signs of neural decay. This phase may seem calm but not for the patient as she’s getting whipped around in a hurricane of pure horror and agony as remembering seems way more harder to do now. We also see by the second track the patient regaining awareness but this also dosen’t last long.

Protagonist: Kayla Miller
Age: 90
Status: More Effort Into Remembering Ensues
Stage 2 Description:
[PHASE 1] This phase is very similar to the final phase of Stage 1. The only difference of this phase compared to the last is that some memories are now disappearing faster and the idea of something being wrong starts to grow till she believes that something is wrong.
Something is wrong.
[PHASE 2 / ALZHEIMERS DIAGNOSIS] Over in this phase, after the diagnosis the mood of the patient immediately changes. More and more effort into remembering ensues. The patient starts to deny the diagnosis trying to ignore it which means the patient is in denial.
Unlike some patients who try to be happy, for Kayla it’s different. Her husband sees she has been depressed and figures out that the diagnosis was positive. This is the beginning of the end.

We do not claim nor own any of the samples and visuals in this video, all the credit goes to their respective owners.
Everywhere At The End Of An Unsaved Game: Reincarnate is a a fanmade EATEOT project which shows what effects dementia will do to a senile mind in the modern ages. It will also touch on their mood, recollection, and brain. This project is a remaster of the original EATEOAUG, with inspiration from projects such as Anywhere At The End Of The Charger (Original and Platinum), Grandiose Recollection and Beautiful Years and Memories Begin From Nowhere. This project will aim to sampling media from the years 1930 to today.
(This is a group project, I’m only doing stages 1 - 4 myself, then submissions for the later stages will be allowed, you can send submissions in my DMS in Discord which is gaybisntreallysmart #6263, no I will not be making a Discord server because I’m a pussy who can’t run servers properly.)
(Phase 1)
Here we finally transition to stage 2, which marks the beginning of the end. This phase shows that there is no problem in recalling memories, and our patient is still content and joyful being in his golden years. Only a handful of memories here are fuzzy but other than that everything is fine. However there is still no thought about Alzheimer’s Disease burrowing into their mind a few months ago. The patient is unaware of this. While still unaware, Alzheimer’s disease taints their mind for the first time with no thought of it.
Ignorance is bliss after all.

58:23 [A15:S2] We’ll Be Walking In A New Tomorrow
(Phase 2)
This phase is similar to the last phase but the difference being that more memories here are now more hazy and fuzzy. Things and objects continue to get misplaced. Like your shoes ending up in the bedroom or your keys are found in the kitchen cabinet, why would this happen? This phase also marks the beginning where our patient begins to forget certain details like forgetting to lock the door or turn off the lights. The patient would pass this off as old age or a bad nights sleep. By the end of this phase the patient would begin to doubt whether if its just their age, but something else entirely. The patient would dismiss these thoughts carrying on to live their now imperfect life.

(Phase 3)
This phase marks the very beginning of Medical Stage 2, where the same old ridiculous thought dosen’t leave our patients mind. A thought that everything is off. The pieces start to click together, the idea starts making sense! “Maybe i’m overthinking it!” The patient would once again pass this idea off. more memories and recollection here continue to get hazy but still recognizable as the most specific details of these memories begin to blur. All the recollection here are the truly last memories of content before we transition to stage 3.

Dancing With My Dear Before It All Ends is a caretaker inspired project made by Gab and the Tylercare. This album mainly centers around a married patient whose name was Kayla Miller, who was born in May 15, 1889. Kayla Miller first gained dementia back in the 1960s after her car was hit by a drunk driver and caused an accident. After the accident she was in a coma for 2 whole weeks before finally waking up. After a few weeks she finally shows symptoms and gets diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Kayla Miller’s case was very unique because most of Alzheimers patients only live to 9 - 10 years while Kayla lived over 20 years at a very slow pace. In May 12, 1988, she finally passed away due to her weak immune system causing a pneumonia infection.
