Here's a video of my first solo- Improvisational Team Sync (ITS) dance to live music!! It was such a treat to dance to Tha Raqs Band at the MEDA: Summer Hafla in Burnaby, BC! ITS is typically danced with a group of people, which I'm hoping to inspire others to join me. I'll be hosting ITS classes soon! I was really nervous since I'm used to dancing with friends, I LOVE dancing with friends, but I did my best!!
