Today was the 5th anniversary of our clan creation on CrossFire North America. It marks the day we left our initial clan to start our own with few selected players we had a good connection with. Who knew that it would end up with them showing me CrossFire China and that I would start making content spoilers video as Escape Mode was first introduced! All thanks to them, :p
So here's a small video showing a typical discussion on mumble with my friends while I decide to press record because I could feel things were about to get "hairy" (quite literally actually) and good thing I did! Members in these clips are as follows: Philippe (iPHiL), Sylvain (SilvR89), Martin (NitramZ), Kevin; while DrunkAngel and myself (Simon; Simrock / simrock007) were just sitting there and listening!
I know that since June 2013, it wasn't my most active time and I apologize for that. Not receiving the M4A1 VIP as I was supposed to, plus issues recording game-play with high latency didn't help. After that were only bad luck after bad luck, up until January where my game stopped working for a full month as more VIP weapons were introduced and I missed yet another really good opportunity.
Anyway, during these five years, we had a lot of fun and we plan to keep it that way for a long as we possibly can. This year was also not very active, but it turns out some of us have many other projects lately, but this summer looks very promising though!
On another note, I've fixed a major issue I had with fraps, therefore now allows me to record game I would had trouble recording in the first place, because of that particular issue. Right now I'm working on some CrossFire China gameplay! New mode, new maps and weapons! So yeah, stay tuned for that and hope you guys will keep supporting us! :P

So, the teaser that was shown few days ago was actually the trailer for this 6 minutes computer graphics movie! It shows both factions fighting, some bit of Crater and then the reveal of whats to come!
I obvious wont spoil anything beyond that, so sit back and enjoy this short length movie, which maybe features one of your favorite char? The SWAT is barely featured so thats not the case for me!

A new TD map in chinese Crossfire called: 潜龙基地 which means: Qianlong Base. So yeah, the video will be called Sub Pen because as usual, I dont like the original name, :p
This map is basicly a volcanic island in the depth of the ocean! We can go underwater, ^.^ Which looks awesome! Theres some propellers, volcanic fissures and openable doors into the submerged submarine. I also think theres some gravital effects (low gravity) when we are underwater, :3 Ive also been told that crouch makes you dive and space goes up, :3
The weapons are just badass:
• The Reaper (aka Machete in some other versions including NA).
• M4A1 Digital Camo.
• Dual Desert Eagle Valentine!
• L85A1, HELL YEAH!
• Aug A3!
Finally, theres few equipments that are already available on CFNA since Navy SEALs update, :)

Its an old clip of me playing in Zombie Escape server on Counter Strike: Source! The map was Paranoid, like a weird maze map with multiple endings and stuff. For some reason, this ending kinda bugged, leading humans to kill themselves by touching the truck, lol. And considering that I like rag-dolls / seeing corpse flying all over the places in games; it was a match made in heaven. I couldnt stop laughing, woosh! This bug never happened again sadly (this ending only seems to appear once and its usually the first ending).
But it doesnt mean people dont get killed by the big truck (like in the video where 2 guy got crushed) or go too near it to check if theres any zombies near. But the script to kill everyone outside the end room seems to work just fine now. Oh well, at least I got a nice memory from that map, because I hate it so much, yet people always extend it. Likely due to the stadium ending where humans decide the fate of the zombies.
And yes, back then I didnt know how to crouch jump properly in Counter-Strike: Source, lol. Dont worry, I did learn eventually!

Well, it seems Tencent is rather busy lately, probably because of CFPL. Theres no March update, only a small content update to be released in early April (in normal servers at least; test server ftw).
So this patch only include a new character and the Kriss Super V Ultimate Gold. Just with these info, you would think they are both AI Tickets prize? Well, nope, both in the item shop... Good thing is that its easier to get.
For once they didnt make another shitty character. White Wolf, Datura (JTF) and stuff are just to out of place in my opinion. Thank God for Ghost characters.
But hey, I really like this one, both side as well, really cool, plus hes a skilled character; as hes totally immune to frag grenades thrown by his teammate & even his own grenade. Although the skilled part may not appear in other versions.
This new character is called: 雷豹 (Thunder Leopard), but when checking the files, you can notice the developers uses their own names as well, be it Raven, MOS, SOV, etc.
So you can see they called him Commando, which is already better than what Tencent chose, imo. Only problem is the possible confusion with Hero Mode Xs commando.
