April 30, 2025, is Dam Proud Day! This 24-hour giving day unites Beavers worldwide to celebrate Oregon State University, connect with each other and support over 100 programs, causes and student-led organizations.
Started in 2019, Dam Proud Day supercharges Beaver Nation’s unique culture of generosity. You choose the areas you want to support, and your gift can unlock challenge funds for an even greater impact. With more than 80% of projects directly benefiting students, every gift, of every size, helps prepare the next generation of Beavers to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow — for Oregon and the world.
The College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences (CEOAS) is one of the strongest Earth and environmental science programs in the world — and we stand ready to lead the way into unexplored realms and toward solutions for our communities and the planet.
Our innovative research and academic programs across the natural sciences, together with our commitment to providing learning opportunities beyond the classroom, set CEOAS apart from other programs around the nation.
This year, we are rallying around our students, creating authentic learning experiences that will get them out of the classroom and into the world. We are also celebrating a half-century of educating leaders in all things marine, with the 50th anniversary of our Marine Resource Management master’s program.
